Establishment surveys for the establishment panel in the state of Thuringia 2014, preparation of the state report Thuringia - evaluation of the 19th wave.
The aim of the research project is to provide a comprehensive and detailed empirical survey of the employment situation and its determinants in Thuringian firms. Based on data from the IAB Establishment Panel, the analyses will focus in particular on the following key issues: (i) employment development and expectations, (ii) special (atypical) employment, (iii) wages and salaries or collective bargaining agreements and opening clauses, (iv) training, in particular taking on training graduates, further training and the need for skilled workers, and (v) company measures to organize work (health protection, equal opportunities, working hours). In addition to the employment situation within the companies, the economic situation of the companies is also considered. The evaluations will focus in particular on (i) sales and gross value added, (ii) investments and (iii) innovations.
