The objective of this project is threefold: First, to provide a comprehensive and precise conceptual framework on indirect and induced employment effects of projects financed by the GIZ. Second, to identify how different international organizations measure indirect and induced employment effects using employment indicators. Third, to provide concrete recommendations on how these employment indicators can be integrated into the monitoring and evaluation systems of the GIZ.
