To what extent are the effects of the minimum wage on hourly wages due to adjustments in gross income or working hours? How has wage mobility reacted to the statutory minimum wage? What impact did the minimum wage have on special payments and non-cash benefits? To what extent has the minimum wage affected the satisfaction, motivation and social participation of employees?
