RWI BERLIN

The RWI is actively involved in Berlin's research landscape. We help shape scientific networks and organise seminars on relevant topics. The exchange of knowledge between research institutions is at the heart of these activities.

A weekly research seminar organised jointly by DIW Berlin, Hertie School, HU Berlin, FU Berlin, TU Berlin, WZB, ESMT Berlin, University of Potsdam, European University Viadrina, BCCP and SFB TRR 190. BAMS is a central activity within the Berlin School of Economics. Researchers present their current work in the field of applied microeconomics here.

The RWI has been an active part of BAMS since 2024.

BeNA offers young labour market researchers at universities and research institutions in Berlin and Potsdam a forum for discussion and further development of their work. The network is coordinated by young researchers from the participating institutions and promotes intensive professional exchange.

The RWI is an active part of BeNA.

A network for young researchers in development economics. DENeB serves as a platform for knowledge exchange by coordinating and promoting events, research collaborations and research dissemination. Although DENeB has its roots in Berlin, its activities are open to all interested researchers.

The RWI is an active part of DENeB.

This seminar is jointly organised by the Technical University of Berlin, the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, Humboldt University Berlin, the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change, and the Leibniz Association for Economic Research. Every Friday (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.), it brings together environmental and resource economists to discuss the latest research from renowned external scientists.
