RWI-MinijobsNRW: Minijobs NRW: Employer and Employee Survey

Minor employment, German mini-jobs, makes a inconsiderable part of dependent employment in Germany. In 2012 and 2016, the RWI conducted a survey of low-paid employees as well as employers with mini-jobs in North Rhine-Westphalia. Employees and employers were asked, among other things, about personal characteristics, the design of the mini-job and the enforcement of workers' rights. Questions were also asked about the minimum wage in 2016. The employee and employer surveys are available for 2012 and 2016 respectively.
The data set is available for scientific purposes as a Scientific Use File (SUF) free of cost. For information on data access, please follow this link.
