Green-SÖP: Socio-Ecological Panel

For the use of the data in democratic countries outside the EU and countries with an “adequacy decision” (Switzerland, Norway, Japan, Canada, Israel and some others), the Green-Söp International data can be used as a public use file.

The Socio-Ecological Panel (SÖP) is an ongoing survey of around 6,000 German-speaking households conducted in cooperation with the market research institute forsa. The SÖP forms the data basis for empirical analyses of adaptation behavior to climate change and the evaluation of environmental and energy policy measures. The data was generated in the Eval-MAP and AKZEPTANZ projects and are available for the years 2012 - 2022.

The data sets are available free of charge for scientific purposes as a Scientific Use File (SUF). For information on data access, please follow this link.
