The project examines the recognition of foreign professional qualifications in Germany. It aims to utilize the potential of skilled foreign-qualified workers more effectively by improving recognition procedures. This will promote growth and fill personnel gaps. The first part analyzes quantitative data on the current state of, and changes in, recognition procedures. The second part is devoted to a qualitative analysis of actionable options, including international best practices. The goal is to develop concrete measures to improve and accelerate the recognition of foreign professional qualifications.
