Leandro Henao has been a researcher at RWI since 2025 in the Research Department “Labour Markets, Education, Population.” Previously, he worked as a research associate at the University of Wuppertal and as a research assistant at ZEW Mannheim. He studied Economics (M. Sc.) at the University of Mannheim and completed a double degree in Business Administration and Law (B. Sc./LL. B.) at the Universities of València and Málaga. Since 2021, he has been pursuing his PhD at the University of Wuppertal under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Kerstin Schneider. His research focuses on the economics of education and labour markets, with an emphasis on higher education policy and the role of institutional frameworks.
