Serife Yasar joined the research department „Labor Markets, Education, Population“ at
RWI as a researcher in October 2021. She is a PhD student from the Ruhr
Graduate School in Economics and is doing her PhD at the
Ruhr-University Bochum under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Thomas K.
Bauer. She studied Economics at the University of Düsseldorf (M.Sc.
2020) and Business Administration at the University of Duisburg-Essen
(B.Sc. 2018).
