This progress report sets out the current status of the “From Street Stalls to Safe Supply” (STARS) project for the period from 1 October 2025 to 30 April 2026. The report comprises a brief summary of activities carried out to date and those planned. It also serves as a performance review report and outlines the use of the grant, the results achieved and how these relate to the original project objectives.
