Die ökologische Transformation des Arbeitsmarktes in der Praxis der Bundesagentur für Arbeit
This study describes the results of a survey of eleven employees at employment agencies and job centres on the topic of the green transition of the labour market in the everyday practice of the Federal Employment Agency. The insights gained illustrate that the significance of this issue varies depending on the regional impact and the characteristics of the clients of the employment agencies and job centres. An important building block for addressing ecological transformation is currently the Qualification Opportunities Act (Qualifizierungschancengesetz) or Section 81 (1a) of the Social Code Book III (SGB III). However, the current institutional anchoring of the topic of ecological transformation within the Federal Employment Agency is perceived as weak.
