Monitoring regionaler Immobilienpreise 2016: Gefahr einer Überhitzung am Häusermarkt gestiegen
Real estate prices increased considerably in recent months. As earning prospects are an important determinant of property prices, we analyze price changes on the regional level of labor market regions. Additionally to that, we analyze the price process of real property prices. For a variety of labor market regions, the price process of house prices indicates a non-sustainable price development.
