Zusammenfassung
Es wird das Weiterbildungsverhalten hoch- und geringqualifizierter Beschäftigter betrachtet und untersucht, ob der Zusammenhang zwischen Schulbildung und Weiterbildung kausaler Natur ist. Des Weiteren wird eine Reihe von regionalen Faktoren und deren Einfluss auf die Weiterbildungsteilnahme untersucht. Schließlich werden die Erträge von Weiterbildung sowie potentielle Heterogenitäten in den Erträgen nach Bildungshintergrund ermittelt.
