Profile
Michael Price is a Professor in the Department of Economics,
Finance, and Legal Studies at the University of Alabama and a Research
Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. Since February
2019 he works as a Research Associate at the RWI research department Environment and Resources.
His research focuses on the design of policies based on behavioral
insights and the use of field experiments to evaluate why policies may,
or may not work. His research has been published in leading journals
such as the American Economic Review, Quarterly Journal of Economics, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists, and Journal of Public Economics.
