Service Departments
Scientific research and economic policy advice are carried out at RWI in so-called competence departments. These are distinguished from service departments, which see their core task primarily as supporting scientific work.
In the area of the four service departments, work is constantly being done on modernizing and improving the efficiency of administrative processes in order to support the scientific staff as much as possible through administrative activities.
In the service department "Technical Services (IT)", training as an IT specialist has been possible for many years.
