RWI-TVOD: Panel data on training activities – Voucher recipients and eligible employees Bildungsprämie
For the evaluation of the German federal program Bildungsprämie (English education premium), primary surveys were carried out by funded program participants and non-participants who were in principle entitled to funding. The interviews of the two target groups were entitled "Experience with the education premium" and "Employment today and tomorrow". The data was collected in panel design with the help of a computer-aided telephone survey (CATI).
Contents of the interviews: a) use and redemption of the education premium, implementation of the program, revenue from continuing training, b) different aspects of past participation in continuing training, c) employment status and changes in labour market participation, d) occupation, activities, responsibilities and their changes, e) satisfaction with work. The reference period is from the 2010 to 2012 data set.
